Brian Jones started Slang Sanctuary Records in 1999, focusing on jazz and improvised music. Since then, Slang Sanctuary has released over 30 recordings. As a freelance drummer, Jones has worked with a wide variety of musicians ranging from John Abercrombie to Jandek.
